The use of Ultrasound to assess bursitis within the shoulder

In this video shows Dr. med. Giorgio Tamborrini-Schütz, Head of the Ultrasound Center UZR in Basel and Consultant in Rheumatology at the University Hospital in Basel, is discussing the use of ultrasound focusing on bursitis of the shoulder. 

You will be able to listen to Dr. Tamborrini discuss in detail how to assess the posterior, lateral and anterior aspects of the shoulder using ultrasound, where he first explains normal ultrasound appearances before describing abnormal appearances of bursitis within the shoulder, while explaining a methodical and detailed approach to scanning.
